This international company has a sophisticated retail system that looks after customer records including history, prescriptions etc. The company operates in several countries and use Sage 200 as their back office in their UK head office.
Eureka Solutions developed an integration to their existing retail system that transferred thousands of orders automatically between the retail system and Sage 200. This also incorporated multi-company and contra-invoicing between international companies. This work was carried out on behalf of another Sage Business Partner.
This importer required an automated Bill of Materials and warehouse transfer system. UK regulations meant many of his imported goods had to be transferred to third party labellers for re-labelling in English.
Eureka Solutions automated a previous paper based tracking system for stock moving out of Sage 200 and back in again taking account of batch/serial number processing.
The client required a product matrix addition to his stock system that automatically included warehouse bin locations. This was a complex system that related to speeding up their stock creation and management process. This project also included quick search facilities for shoe/size/colour combinations.
Thia client had a unique supply/distribution agreement with a major international pharmaceutical company. They were required to have full reporting functionality in their Sage 200 that auto-generated reports for the manufacturer, ensuring they were selling at correct prices, to correct customers etc. The goods could only be supplied to specific customers, Eureka Solutions created built in controls that restricted stock categories to specific customer types i.e product type A could only be sold to customer type B. This project was turned round in 30 days with full project management and reporting to International Manufacturer.
