We are delighted to announce the appointment of Alyson McCrum as Commercial Manager for our Sage Development area of the business. Many of our customers will already know Alyson via her role as Operations Manager at Eureka. Alyson has worked with Eureka Solutions for over 7 years since leaving university and is in the final stages of her company funded MBA at the University of Strathclyde.
This is an ideal time for Alyson to take on a full commercial role and exploit her hard work of the last three years on the MBA course. She will work with our Product Development Manager, David Lindores, in making sure we capitalise on our success to date. Alyson has implemented the full range of Sage 200 and CRM products and will greatly assist David in the ever increasing number of quotes we need to handle.
Alyson’s appointment will help David focus on both new products and improving current products as we move towards a cloud based solution.
Alyson explains, “I am thrilled to be taking on this new role. A large part of the job will be to make sure that Eureka Solutions assist the Channel in every way possible, ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship. To that end I hope to start making appointments with as many partners as possible and raise awareness of the fantastic products that we offer. We have already been involved in several successful customer days for partners and I hope to make these a regular event.”
Alyson will now take on full responsibility for managing the Partner Channel and will be handling all sales and account queries.
