Data Exchange for Sage 200 is ideal for Sage integration to 3rd party systems such as ecommerce websites, CRM and ERP systems.  The module goes a stage further than our Sage 200 CSV Import. In addition to handling standard Sage 200 imports – stock records, customer records, etc - the Data Exchange for Sage 200 introduces several new imports:

• Sales Orders
• Purchase Orders
• Cash Book import
• Stock Issues
• Stock Transfers

None of these imports form part of standard Sage 200 and can assist in transferring information from your industry specific or bespoke software to Sage 200.  

How does it work:

The module is very simple to set up – it requires folders to be set up for each type of file to be imported e.g. customers, sales ledger transactions, etc.

Once set up any file that is saved in the correct location will be processed as follows:

•    File is checked for correct format

o    ‘good’ files are processed and saved in new location and referenced
o    ‘failed’ files are saved in a new location

•    In both cases a log file is created

o    This becomes useful should a restore of an old back up be required
o    This lists all files that would be required to process again

We charge £2000 plus £600 annual support and maintenance. Your annual support and maintenance entitles you to all upgrades/revisions – simply login and download the latest update from your account. Our products are licensed and annual support and maintenance  is required for continued operation.
