What is the Sage 200 Plus Pack?

Five years ago at the launch of Sage MMS version we started creating addons that improved the functionality of Sage MMS – especially for Sage 50 users upgrading. Most of these Sage addons were created as a result of customer requests – and this has continued over the past 5 years.

This has led to us to having a library of small addons for Sage 200 – individually they were difficult to market and sell so we hit on the idea of building them into a package and we now have 40+ addons available within this module. They range from simple sales order improvements to some serious improvements to core Sage 200 functionality

What are they?

The full list is available but here are some of the most popular addons included in the Sage 200 Plus Pack:

MMS118 – allows multiple stock transfers in one go – standard Sage 200 only allows one stock item to be transferred at a time. This addon saves lots of time if you transfer stock between warehouses or even locations.

MMS158 – Sales receipt to multiple accounts – brilliant if you have a head office customer who sends one cheque to be allocated against several sales ledger accounts. Can cut hours off sales ledger allocations.

MMS195 – adjust order on goods received - Your supplier only sends 49 of the 50 items you ordered. Sage 200 requires you to go back in and adjust the order before this order will be marked as complete. This addon will automatically adjust the order to 49 to make it complete from the goods received screen. It also deals with oversupply – the supplier send you 52 instead of 50.

MMS174 – Receive goods to multiple bins - If you use bin locations standard Sage 200 functionality is awkward in terms of splitting the delivery between bins – this addon makes it simple and works from the goods received screen. This is a real time saver as well as simplifying the process for warehouse staff.

MMS178 – Stock code aliasing – this addon came from working with our many retail customers. It allows multiple stock codes to be used anywhere within Sage 200 for the same product e.g. supplier’s codes, manufacturers code and even barcodes. The addon makes sure no stock code alias can refer to two different stock codes.  Brings new functionality to Sage 200.

These are just some samples of the 40+ addons in this module – we also continually add to this list and your annual support means you get these free of charge – just download the upgrade.

Do you need to take all 40+?

No – thanks to our new configuration utility in Sage 200 it is really simple to switch individual addons on/off.

By using the utility plus standard Sage 200 functionality you can control who has access to which addons. All addons will be installed but you control which are active.

How much does it cost?

We charge £600 plus £180 annual costs – this gives access to all 40+ addons – you can use as many of them as you like. If we add to the list you will have access to the new ones as well – simply download the latest update from your account.  Our products are licensed and annual support and maintenance is necessary for continued operation.
