
This Sage 200 addon simplifies the re-order process from stores to a central warehouse/head office.
• Stores provided with shortfall of items to request
• Central warehouse can view request and distribute to stores as appropritae
• Paper copies of picking lists and delivery notes can be printed
• Use of a transit location when transferring goods from the head office to the store
The addon provides the store with a shortfall list view of their stock based on the maximum stock level. The store can then select individual items to request from the head office. Alongside the shortfall items the store can request additional items that were not in the shorfall specifiying the quantites required. The transfer request is logged in the system and can be viewed at a later date.
The central warehouse recieves a view of all transfer requests and it provided with a simple to use interface that lets them fullfill the stores stock request. The central warehouse at this point can print of a picking list and save requests to be amended later.
Once a transfer request is confirmed a despatch note is printed. The goods are then moved into a transit location and eventually recieved back into the store.
