Our Stock Plus for Sage 200 module has been created form a number of requests we have had over the past 18 months for simple ‘fashion matrix’ functionality that works. We have also come across many examples not in the fashion industry who need this type of functionality – tyre sales, golf club sales etc. We then added a few things we have been asked for in our many retail sites. What is it?
This module brings new stock functionality that will appeal to a variety of Sage 200 users including:
• Retailers
• Wholesalers
• Fashion trade
• Warehousing
• Telesales
What are these new functions?
We can split these into three groups:
• Stock Matrix
o Allows use of up to three dimensions on stock item creation. This means quick stock record creation when using dimensions e.g. you stock a shirt in 5 colours and 12 sizes requires 60 stock items to be created – this module creates them in seconds
o Enter Sales and Purchase orders using matrix
o Add new dimensions easily
o Utilises standard Sage 200 stock records so reporting is easy
• Warehouse/Store replenishment
o Create automatic replenishment orders for warehouse
o Create an ‘internal’ purchase order with appropriate paperwork
• Special offer pricing
o Create ‘BOGOF’ type promotions including multibuy
o This section is under testing and will be available soon
In addition to the above complete barcoding is available in terms of automatically creating a unique barcode for each stock item – and also prints barcodes.
How much does it cost?
We charge £2,000 plus £600 annual costs. Annual support entitles you to any upgrades/new versions– simply download the latest update. Our products are licensed and annual support and maintenance is necessary for continued operation.
