Sage 200 Warranties Service and Repairs Module provides a solution which adds integrated functionality for for Sage 200 for dealing with sales and after sales of products and services that have a requirement for warranty, service and repair tracking. The functionality includes:
- Registration of serial tracked items at point of despatch/invoice and on-going tracking of item location.
- Logging and tracking of repairs, and repair activities with optional transfer to Sales Order Processing for billing.
- Record use of stock items, labour or free text items on repairs with prices integrated with Price Book.
- Create renewal letter, and sales orders for renewal of contracts.

- Asset Registration
- Items sold entered on to Repairs System automatically from Sales Order Processing.
- Items may be transferred from one sales account or delivery address to another.
- Repair Logging
- Repairs are logged against serial number of the item. Items can be searched by serial number, item code, sales account or delivery address.
- Any existing history is displayed. Repairs can be allocated to a Purchase Ledger Account.
- Complete repair tracking, with costs and parts, both for chargeable and non-chargeable items.
- Billable items are then sent for invoicing to Sales Order Processing.
- Renewals
- Renewal letters can be generated, then invoiced from Sales Order Processing.
- Reporting
- Reports of repairs by customer and sub-contractor are available.
